Thank you for shopping at Aneri Apothicaire. We strive to ensure that each purchase is to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however, we would like to hear the details of your customer experience. Please contact us with the details of your experience and we will respond in a timely manner with a proposed resolution. 

SHIPPING

Aneri Apothicaire utilizes USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on the package weight and zip code at checkout.  All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation is generated with tracking information that can be tracked at: USPS Track and Confirm. Please allow twenty four (24) hours for tracking information to update. 

Aneri Apothicaire, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not reimburse or duplicate orders that have been lost or stolen. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and secure. If item(s) are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly with USPS.

We do not currently sell or ship to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and West Virginia.
